To do list includes, but not limited to...
Painting, all four bedrooms, dining room, living room, hallway. The walls are just plasterboard, which means that they will all need an undercoat. The ceilings need painting too. This is a minimum of three coats per room.
Sanding floor boards in hallway and four bedrooms. The living room will be carpet and the dining room and kitchen will be laminate flooring. I actually don't like laminate flooring but the previous owners had purchased some and left it for us to use, so we thought that it would be best to just use what we have available.
All windows and doors need painting.
The garden, front and back needs to be done too... but I'm trying not to think about that just yet.
That's that for now...I'm sure there will be other jobs to do, and I'll just keep adding them to the list.
